Phillip Samlalsingh is the founder and senior pastor of Trinidad & Tobago Christian Outreach
Center, a Full Gospel church in south Trinidad. He
is also the president of TTCOC Bible School. Rev. Samlalsingh is popularly known as a passionate evangelist and a compassionate
pastor. His ministry has taken him throughout Trinidad & Tobago, the United States, Canada,
Europe, and India.
He is also a writer of gospel tracts and poetry. Phillip is married to his ever-supportive wife Susan, who is co-founder and
minister. They are blessed with three children—Racheal, Reuben, and Richard. All are active in the ministry.
Author's Testimony
I am born-again of the Holy Spirit and living in the Pentecostal environment for over
25 years.
Shortly after marriage, I vividly remember a “special miracle” in my bedroom. As I went to rest on the
bed, I quickly fell asleep, and then suddenly, I was awakened by an ambiance of pure holiness that completely filled the room.
It was the glory of the presence of God and it felt wonderful. Then in a clear and audible voice, I heard the Lord say to
me, “Preach the gospel.” I would never forget this miracle. It was
a revelation of God’s will for my life. From that moment on, the ministry of miracles slowly began to manifest through
all the stages of my destiny. I have personally seen the power of God heal the sick, save the lost, and deliver the captives

My Ministry
I believe in the entire five fold ministry, and that
a pastor should move in all of these areas whenever and wherever possible. I feel that the Lord has allowed me to do so by
His grace and through obedience to Him and that my walk is just beginning even after twenty years in the ministry.
I can preach expository preaching but I prefer more
of a topical approach and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, which can sometimes lead to an entirely different subject than
what was originally planned. I have been used in the gifts of the Hoy Spirit such as prophetic ministries, gift of knowledge,
healing and deliverance ministries at various times.
